Recruitment ExecutiveDubai, UAEThe Recruitment/Account Executive is responsible for managing and developing strategic client relationships while ensuring the successful delivery of recruitment and workforce solutions services. Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management & Client EngagementServe as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers.Manage strategic client relationships to ensure high levels of service delivery, client satisfaction, and account retention.Conduct regular client reviews and business discussions to understand workforce needs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Recruitment & Workforce DeliveryCollaborate with recruitment teams to ensure the successful fulfilment of client hiring requirements.Support and oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates.Manage onboarding activities, including offer management, mobilization, visa coordination, compliance documentation, and contractor readiness.Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout their engagement to enhance retention and overall experience. Business Development & GrowthIdentify opportunities to expand existing client relationships through stakeholder mapping and market intelligence.Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling NES services and workforce solutions.Skills & ExperienceEssentialMinimum 3 years' experience in recruitment, account management, workforce solutions, or staffing services within the GCC region.Proven experience managing key client accounts and delivering high-quality customer service.Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.Experience supporting onboarding activities, including offers, mobilization, compliance, and visa processes.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.About NES FircroftNES Fircroft is a leading global workforce solutions provider, delivering staffing, recruitment, managed solutions, and workforce services across a wide range of industries.
