Recruitment Executive

Damac Hotels & Resorts is looking for a Recruitment Executive to join our Talent Acquisition team and support high-volume recruitment across our growing hospitality portfolio.This role is ideal for a recruitment professional who understands the pace, volume, and operational demands of hotel recruitment and can manage multiple vacancies across different properties simultaneously.Key ResponsibilitiesManage high-volume end-to-end recruitment for hospitality roles across multiple properties.Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.Manage recruitment for Front of House, Back of House, F&B, Culinary, Rooms Division, Engineering, and other hotel operational roles.Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates against business requirements.Coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers and ensure timely feedback and follow-up.Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.Support offer negotiations, approvals, and pre-employment documentation.Work closely with HR Operations and property teams to ensure smooth onboarding.Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and volume positions.Ensure recruitment activity is aligned with business requirements and agreed time-to-fill targets.What We’re Looking ForMandatory: Previous recruitment experience managing a hospitality/hotel portfolio.Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within hotel groups, hospitality companies, or multi-property environments.Proven experience handling high-volume hospitality recruitment.Strong understanding of hotel operational roles and hospitality talent markets.Experience recruiting across both Front of House and Back of House functions.Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Good knowledge of UAE hospitality recruitment practices and talent pools.UAE recruitment experience is preferred.The Right CandidateYou are highly organized, commercially aware, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
