Recruitment Manager

Position: Recruitment ManagerLocation: Abu DhabiSalary: AED 25,000 – 28,000Responsibilities:Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring targets.Partner with stakeholders on workforce planning and recruitment needs.Build talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and employer branding.Manage recruitment agencies and support Emiratization initiatives.Track recruitment KPIs and drive continuous improvement.Ensure competitive, compliant hiring through effective offer management.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or a related field.5–7+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or executive search within UAE/GCC markets.Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and developing sourcing strategies.Proven experience managing recruitment teams and partnering with senior stakeholders.Experience working with recruitment agencies, executive search firms, or manpower providers.Strong knowledge of GCC hiring practices, UAE labour regulations, and recruitment market trends.Excellent communication, networking, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.Email CVs to: kanza@hirerightt.com
