In addition to your network, Careers & Candidates’ database holds over 2500 client contacts and over 21,000 candidates, all of whom have been coded and spoken to and many met, since 2013 – they are not just downloaded data. The database is very well maintained and coded. If concern about leaving your role and building a new client network is holding you back, don't let it. There are plenty of warm contacts to connect with.Current offices are at 360 Collins street.There are many ways this partnership could be created, and time spent working together initially, could be wise. I am very open on how the process of working together could operate and then ultimately how a business structure and partnership may work. While this would be an equal partnership, in both company ownership and - very importantly – decision making, should you be looking for mentoring in running a business or other areas, I am able to assist you.
