Recruitment Manager (manufacturing domain experience only)

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate positions.Hire across Production, Maintenance, Electrical, Mechanical, Metallurgy, Projects, Quality, Safety, HR and Finance.Manage bulk, lateral and leadership hiring for manufacturing plants.Partner with Plant Heads and functional leaders to understand manpower requirements.Manage recruitment agencies, vendors and recruitment budgets.Track hiring TAT, cost-per-hire, offer-to-joining and hiring quality.Develop talent pools for critical and niche technical positions.Drive employer branding and improve candidate experience.Lead and mentor the recruitment team.

Requirements

Graduate/MBA/PG in HR or related discipline.6 –12 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Steel, Power, Metals or Heavy Manufacturing.Strong understanding of plant/manufacturing recruitment and technical hiring.Experience handling multiple locations and high-volume recruitment.Strong stakeholder, negotiation and team management skills.Good knowledge of recruitment tools, portals and sourcing techniques.
