Recruitment ManagerIndustry: Real EstateExperience: 6–10+ yearsKey Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end recruitment across corporate, sales, leasing, property, facilities, and support functions.Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business manpower plans.Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality talent within agreed timelines.Build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, agencies, and market mapping.Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding.Support local talent and workforce nationalization initiatives in line with applicable UAE regulations.Track recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring progress.Manage recruitment agencies and external hiring partners.Drive employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.6–10+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within UAE Real Estate, Property, Construction, or related industries.Strong understanding of UAE recruitment practices, employment regulations, and local talent markets.Experience supporting workforce nationalization/local talent initiatives is an advantage.Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.Proficiency in ATS, sourcing tools, recruitment analytics, and market mapping.
