Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Dubai.The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the timely attraction, selection, and onboarding of qualified candidates. The role works closely with hiring managers to fulfill workforce requirements while maintaining a positive candidate experience and supporting the company's talent acquisition objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding.Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and hiring priorities.Source, screen, and assess candidates for technical, operational, and corporate positions.Coordinate interviews and provide recruitment recommendations.Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.Maintain recruitment records, databases, and hiring reports.Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external talent partners.Support onboarding activities for new employees.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.Coordinate employee training and development programsAssist in organizing internal and external training sessions.Maintain training records and monitor employee participation.Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and employee development initiatives.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, and operational positions.Industrial sector recruitment experience is required. Oil & Gas industry experience is preferred.Good knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and ATS platforms.Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
