🚨 Hiring: Recruitment Specialist | Abu Dhabi, UAEThis is a high-volume, end-to-end recruitment role focused on building strong pipelines of guest-facing and service-oriented talent across multiple branches.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding handoverSource candidates from hospitality, airlines and cruise linersBuild strong networks with recruitment agencies, manpower suppliers and training institutesConduct walk-in drives and on-site interviews across Abu Dhabi, Dubai and other EmiratesMaintain a ready pipeline/bench of pre-screened candidatesPartner with branch and operations managers on staffing requirementsTrack recruitment KPIs including Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Pipeline Health and RetentionSupport employer branding across LinkedIn and relevant job platformsEnsure recruitment documentation and processes comply with UAE labour requirements🎯 Mandatory Requirements:8–10 years of pure Recruitment / Talent Acquisition experienceMandatory recruitment experience in Hospitality, Airlines (Cabin Crew/Ground Staff) or Cruise LinersCandidates from a generalist HR background will not be consideredBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related fieldStrong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Bayt, Indeed, GulfTalent, Naukri or similar platformsStrong stakeholder and candidate management skillsWillingness to travel across UAE for recruitment drivesBased in or willing to relocate to Abu DhabiUAE driving license is preferred📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE💼 Level: Mid-Senior | Individual ContributorInterested candidates please share your resume to the mentioned mail id ( hemapriya.s@stancosolutions.com)
