Role Description The Recruitment Specialist at البستان | Albustan is a full-time, on-site role based in Khamīs Mushayţ. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews for various roles across the organization. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining candidate pipelines, updating recruitment trackers, supporting onboarding and initial training coordination, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations.
