Recruitment Specialist – Commission-Only Real Estate AgentsLocation: Dubai, UAEType: Full-time, On-siteGolden Bricks Dubai is looking for a highly connected and target-driven Recruitment Specialist experienced in hiring commission-only real estate sales agents.ResponsibilitiesSource, screen, interview, and onboard commission-only property consultants.Use personal networks, referrals, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and WhatsApp groups to maximize outreach.Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.Coordinate interviews and follow up with selected candidates until joining.Achieve monthly hiring and retention targets.Maintain accurate recruitment reports and candidate records.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in UAE real estate.Proven experience hiring commission-only real estate agents.Strong network of property consultants and brokers across the UAE.Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.Target-driven and capable of managing multiple vacancies.Knowledge of recruitment platforms, social sourcing, and ATS tools.Candidates should include their average monthly hiring numbers and commission-only recruitment experience when applying.
