Location: Qiddiyah site, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | On-siteKey ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for head office and project sites, from sourcing to offerSource candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and agenciesScreen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managersBuild talent pipelines for technical, engineering, and site rolesSupport Saudization (Nitaqat) targets through local talent sourcingCoordinate offers, onboarding documents, and Qiwa contract steps with GRMaintain recruitment trackers and report on hiring KPIsRequirementsBachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field3–5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in construction or engineering in KSA/GCCStrong sourcing skills, especially on LinkedIn RecruiterKnowledge of KSA labor law, Qiwa, and Nitaqat is a strong plusExcellent communication in English; Arabic is an advantageOrganized, fast-paced, and comfortable handling high volumes
