This role exists to protect that standard.The Recruitment Specialist owns the full hiring pipeline from the moment a role opens to the moment a new hire completes their first 90 days. You will work directly with division leads, define what each role truly requires, and ensure every person who joins SATEL is capable of delivering from day one.This is not a coordination role. It is a control function.
