This role includes planning, organizing, and monitoring daily operations to ensure service quality, process efficiency, and adherence to company standards and client requirements. The County Operation Head will lead and mentor local teams, manage resource allocation, track performance metrics, and implement improvements in workflows and service delivery. They will coordinate closely with senior leadership and other branches, prepare operational and budgeting reports, and ensure compliance with organizational policies. The role also involves building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, addressing operational issues, and supporting strategic initiatives to drive growth in the region.Qualifications Strong Operations Management and Budgeting skills to oversee county-level processes, resources, and financial planning.Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor performance indicators, and drive operational improvements.Proven Team Management experience, including leading cross-functional teams, coaching staff, and managing performance.Effective Communication skills for collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, and preparing clear reports.Experience in service or consulting environments, preferably in recruitment, HR, or professional services operations.Ability to work on-site in Nashik, with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.Familiarity with basic HR processes, MS Office tools, and reporting dashboards; exposure to process optimization or quality frameworks is beneficial.
