Apply & track with Apply EdgeA Saudi human capital consulting firm specializing in recruitment and executive search is seeking an experienced Recruitment Supervisor to lead the delivery of executive, managerial, and professional search assignments.This client-facing role combines team supervision with hands-on recruitment, including candidate sourcing and assessment, shortlist development, client communication, offer management, and vacancy closure. The ideal candidate will have proven recruitment agency or executive search experience, a strong track record in closing senior and hard-to-fill positions, and the ability to support client meetings and contribute to recruitment proposals and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support the recruitment team in delivering executive, managerial, and professional search assignments.Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job profiling and sourcing strategy through screening, shortlisting, interviews, offer management, and successful placement.Personally lead critical, confidential, and senior-level searches, including C-suite, General Manager, Director, and other leadership positions.Conduct job-profiling discussions with clients to understand the position, organizational context, technical requirements, and ideal candidate profile.Develop sourcing strategies and market maps for complex and hard-to-fill positions.Source and engage active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, internal databases, referrals, professional networks, and direct headhunting.Conduct structured screening interviews and assess candidates’ experience, competencies, motivation, career stability, compensation, and overall suitability.Prepare high-quality shortlists and candidate summaries that clearly demonstrate each candidate’s strengths and relevance to the position.Maintain regular communication with clients, present shortlisted candidates effectively, and provide clear updates on progress, market conditions, and search challenges.Manage recruitment challenges, including profile rejection, delayed feedback, limited candidate availability, offer rejection, candidate withdrawal, and replacement requirements.Coordinate client interviews, support offer negotiations, and maintain candidate engagement until successful joining.Monitor placed candidates during the guarantee period and manage replacement cases when required.Allocate vacancies, review team output, monitor recruitment pipelines and KPIs, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery.Coach team members on sourcing, headhunting, candidate assessment, client communication, and vacancy closure.Support selected business development activities by participating in client meetings, providing recruitment and market insights, and contributing to proposals and proposed recruitment solutions when required.Maintain accurate recruitment records and contribute to improving sourcing channels, candidate databases, processes, reporting, and overall service quality.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search.At least 3 years of experience within a recruitment agency, executive search firm, or human capital consulting company is essential.Previous experience supervising or leading a recruitment team, regardless of team size.Proven hands-on experience sourcing, assessing, and successfully placing candidates.Demonstrated success in closing senior and complex positions, including C-suite, General Manager, Director, and other leadership roles.Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, candidate databases, professional networks, and direct headhunting techniques.Strong understanding of agency recruitment, client management, shortlisting, offer negotiation, replacement guarantees, and vacancy closure.Ability to present candidate profiles effectively and clearly communicate their suitability and value to clients.Experience managing multiple clients and recruitment assignments simultaneously.Strong communication, consultation, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to participate confidently in client meetings and contribute recruitment insights to proposals and proposed solutions.Good knowledge of the Saudi employment market and recruitment practices.Experience using applicant tracking systems, recruitment databases, or CRM platforms.Professional fluency in Arabic and English.
