You'll work in our retail stores, helping residential customers connect to the above essential services.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Product KnowledgeMust be able to engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactivelyMust be comfortable selling mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support servicesShould know how to identify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packagesMust be able to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunitiesMust be able to meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectationsMust be able to explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customersCustomer ExperienceMust provide a positive, professional, and solution-focused customer experienceShould be comfortable building customer relationships and creating long-term brand loyaltyMust maintain high customer satisfaction standards, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) goalsTeam & Organizational SuccessMust be able to collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, performance-driven cultureRequirementsAt least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience selling products, services, upgrades, or add-ons is preferred.
