Referral & Community Coordinator

Restoration Counseling Center (RCC) is seeking a warm, organized, and personable individual to join our administrative team as a Referral & Community Coordinator.This is a new and developing position within RCC. The primary focus will be helping coordinate incoming referrals and supporting the experience of individuals seeking services with our practice. As the position develops, there will also be opportunities to assist with community outreach, referral relationships, and other administrative needs.General ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities may include:Serving as an initial point of contact for prospective clients and referral sources.Helping respond to incoming referrals received by phone, online, email, fax, and other sources.Assisting prospective clients with the intake and scheduling process.Helping connect prospective clients with an appropriate RCC clinician.Following up with prospective clients as needed.Assisting with intake paperwork and other administrative follow-up.Assisting with medical records and records requests.Maintaining communication with referral sources and community partners.Supporting RCC's community outreach and relationship-building efforts.Assisting with outreach materials, events, and basic social media or marketing coordination.Providing general administrative support as needs arise.Because this is a new position, responsibilities will continue to develop based on the needs of the practice and the strengths of the person in the role.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is:Friendly, professional, and comfortable talking with people.Organized and able to keep track of multiple follow-ups.A strong communicator by phone, email, and in person.Comfortable working independently while also being part of a team.Detail-oriented and dependable.Comfortable working with confidential information.Interested in building relationships within the community.Flexible and willing to help shape a new position as RCC continues to grow.Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
