We prefer Females and Males both who have worked in similar role.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Referral Marketing Salesperson role based in Gurugram. The Referral Marketing Salesperson will focus on building and maintaining relationships with local doctors, clinics, fitness centers, and other potential referral partners to drive patient footfall to Painflame Clinic. Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting referral partners, explaining Painflame’s services and patient success stories, distributing marketing materials, and tracking referrals and conversions. The role also involves organizing small outreach events or presentations, gathering market feedback, and coordinating with the clinic team to ensure a smooth experience for referred patients. The Referral Marketing Salesperson is expected to meet defined referral and revenue targets while representing Painflame professionally in the community.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage, present, and build trust with diverse stakeholders.Candidates should possess sales and negotiation skills, with experience in field sales, relationship management, or referral marketing preferred.Candidates should possess basic marketing and outreach skills, such as understanding promotional activities, lead generation, and brand representation.Candidates should possess solid organizational and reporting skills, including the ability to plan visits, maintain records, and track referral performance.Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field are beneficial.Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, diagnostics, or clinic/hospital business development is an advantage.Comfort with on-ground activities in Gurugram, basic computer proficiency, and a professional, patient-centric attitude are expected.
