Retrieves, reviews and assigns and/or distributes all referrals/faxes.  Verifies eligibility and status of referrals when appropriate for the physician office and/or member. JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND CORE COMPETENCIESEducation:  High school graduate or equivalent is preferred.  Previous training in general medical office skills and procedures.
