The organization values technical excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Refrigeration Technician located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Refrigeration Technician will install, service, and repair refrigeration and HVAC systems, including diagnosing faults, replacing components, and ensuring proper system performance. Daily tasks include performing preventive maintenance, inspecting electrical and mechanical parts, checking refrigerant levels, and verifying system safety and compliance with standards. The role involves responding to service calls, troubleshooting issues on-site, documenting work performed, and communicating clearly with supervisors and clients about findings and recommendations. The technician will also support upgrades and retrofits, follow company procedures and safety guidelines, and maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.Qualifications Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance for refrigeration and HVAC systems.Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and refrigeration-related issues.Foundational knowledge of Electricity, including safe handling of electrical components and circuits.Practical experience with HVAC systems, controls, and relevant tools and test equipment.Technical diploma, certification, or vocational training in refrigeration, HVAC, or a related field.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service documentation.Commitment to safety practices, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.Effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Physical ability to work on-site, including handling equipment, climbing ladders, and working in varying temperatures.Previous experience as a Refrigeration or HVAC Technician in commercial or industrial environments is preferred.
