Candidates joining Laptopstore can expect to be part of a growing, service-oriented technology organization with strong nationwide presence.Role Description The Refurbished Team Lead is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role oversees the end-to-end refurbishment process for laptops and related devices, including intake assessment, troubleshooting, repair coordination, quality checks, and final certification before resale. The Team Lead manages a team of technicians, assigns workloads, monitors productivity, and ensures adherence to technical standards, safety procedures, and turnaround times. Daily responsibilities include tracking inventory of refurbished units, documenting work done, updating status in internal systems, and coordinating with sales and customer service teams to meet demand and product quality expectations. The role also involves training team members, identifying process improvements, resolving escalated technical issues, and maintaining consistent refurbishment practices aligned with company guidelines.Qualifications Strong technical background in laptops, desktops, and computer hardware, including diagnosis, repair, and component-level understanding.Experience leading or supervising a technical or service team in an electronics, IT hardware, or repair/refurbishment environment.Proficiency in quality inspection processes, device testing procedures, and documentation of repair and refurbishment activities.Ability to manage inventory of devices and spare parts, and coordinate with procurement or warehouse teams for stock requirements.Effective communication, coordination, and people management skills to guide technicians and collaborate with sales and service teams.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and standardized working practices.Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced environment with performance targets and service-level expectations.Relevant diploma or degree in electronics, computer science, or a related technical field; additional certifications in hardware repair are an advantage.Prior experience in refurbished product operations or IT service centers in the Greater Bengaluru Area or similar markets is preferred.
