قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجRegatta Support & Sales SpecialistUS One-Design | Annapolis, Maryland or Cape Cod, Massachusetts | Travel RequiredUS One-Design is seeking a motivated, reliable, and hardworking Regatta Support & Sales Specialist to join our team, based out of either our Annapolis or Cape Cod location.This role is ideal for someone who loves to travel, doesn’t mind long days, and takes pride in getting boats and gear where they need to be safely and on time — while also being comfortable talking with customers and providing friendly, professional service.You’ll play an important role in supporting regattas and events across the country, from transporting and preparing boats to assisting with charters and selling sailing gear. When you’re not on the road, you’ll also support our sales and shop operations.Prior knowledge of dinghy sailing or the marine industry is not required. We’re happy to train the right candidate.Key ResponsibilitiesTow trailers to regattas and events, often over long distancesLoad, unload, rig, and de-rig boats on-siteAssist with event setup and breakdown, ensuring boats and equipment are ready for use and properly packed afterwardSupport charter operations by helping customers check boats in and outSell merchandise, sailing gear, and equipment at regatta sitesProvide friendly, professional customer service to sailors, families, coaches, and event participantsAssist customers in-store and via phone/email with boat sales and related inquiries when not travelingMaintain trailers, tow vehicles, and equipment in safe, clean, and ready-to-go conditionRepresent US One-Design professionally at regattas, yacht clubs, and other sailing eventsAssist with general shop and warehouse operations between eventsRequirementsValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordComfortable and confident towing large trailers, including backing up and maneuvering in tight spacesWillingness to travel extensively, including overnight and multi-day trips, evenings, and weekendsAbility to lift and move 50 lbs or more, including boats, gear, and trailer equipmentStrong communication and customer service skillsReliable, motivated, and able to work independently both on the road and in the shopAbility to maintain a positive, professional attitude during long and demanding event daysBonus SkillsPrior experience towing or hauling trailers, including boat, utility, or other large trailersExperience with larger tow vehiclesPrior retail, customer service, or sales experienceFamiliarity with dinghies, boat rigging, or sailing equipmentExperience with charter operations, regatta support, or event operationsPrior experience in the marine or sailing industryWhat We OfferCompetitive payTravel expenses coveredEmployee discounts on gear and equipmentOpportunity to travel to regattas nationwideHands-on experience in the marine and sailing industryOpportunity to work alongside leading brands in one-design sailingFun, team-oriented work environment with fellow sailing enthusiastsIf you’re dependable, hardworking, comfortable on the road, and excited about being part of the sailing community, we’d love to hear from you.
