The ThreatLocker® platform delivers a suite of Zero Trust security tools—including Application Allowlisting, Ringfencing™, Storage Control, Elevation Control, Endpoint Network Control, Configuration Management, and Operational Alerts—designed to help organizations stop cyber threats before they can execute.POSITION OVERVIEWThreatLocker is expanding its MEA Sales organization and is hiring multiple Regional Account Executives to support our continued growth across international markets.These positions are UAE-based, in-office roles. Each Regional Account Executive will be assigned a specific territory based on their language capabilities, regional sales experience, market knowledge, and commercial background.We are currently hiring sales professionals with experience supporting one or more of the following territories:TurkeyCISIsraelGCCKingdom of Saudi ArabiaKuwait & OmanEast AfricaWest AfricaSADCRegional Account Executives will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers and channel partners, and growing ThreatLocker’s presence within their assigned market. Frequent international travel within the assigned territory will be required.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute a sales strategy for an assigned international territory.Identify target accounts and generate new business opportunities.Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, social media, events, partner channels, and direct customer engagement.Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and activity targets.Develop relationships with enterprise customers, distributors, resellers, MSPs, MSSPs, and strategic partners.Work closely with ThreatLocker’s distribution and partnership channels to identify, progress, and close opportunities.Manage opportunities from initial engagement through commercial closure.Travel frequently within the assigned territory for customer meetings, partner engagements, events, and opportunity progression.Attend conferences, exhibitions, roadshows, partner events, and ThreatLocker marketing initiatives.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Technical, and Leadership teams throughout the sales process.Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline, and forecasting.Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to regional leadership.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of two years of outside B2B sales experience.Previous sales experience within one or more of the territories listed above.Strong professional English communication skills.Fluency in a language relevant to the candidate's assigned territory.Software, technology, or cybersecurity sales experience preferred.Experience working with distributors, resellers, MSPs, MSSPs, channel partners, or enterprise customers preferred.Strong outbound prospecting and business-development skills.Experience managing opportunities and pipeline through a CRM.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced, growing environment.Ability and willingness to travel frequently throughout the assigned territory.TERRITORY & LANGUAGE PROFILESCandidates will be considered for the territory that most closely aligns with their experience, language capabilities, and market knowledge. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience and language capabilities relevant to Turkey, CIS markets, Israel, GCC/Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Oman, East Africa, West Africa, and SADC markets.WORKING CONDITIONSThis is a full-time, UAE-based, in-office position. Regional Account Executives will support an assigned international territory and should expect frequent travel for customer meetings, partner engagements, conferences, events, and other business requirements.This is not a remote position.
