CONFIDENTIAL SEARCH: Regional After Sales Manager (Automotive Sector)We are seeking an experienced, high-integrity Regional After Sales Manager to lead and scale aftersales operations across the UAE and the broader GCC region.This role requires a unique balance: strong, decisive leadership combined with genuine respect for people. We are looking for an executive who leads by example, inspires entire teams, from Service Managers to workshop technicians and customer support and maintains absolute commitment to company policies, governance, and operational standards.Reporting directly to executive leadership, this role oversees regional service operations, spare parts management, customer relations, and business expansion.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Team Development: Guide, empower, and support Service Managers and all branch personnel across the UAE and GCC, fostering high team morale, professional respect, and full alignment with corporate policies and standards across all levels.Strategic P&L Oversight: Drive aftersales financial performance, annual budgeting, expense control, and regional growth strategy in strict alignment with corporate objectives.Operational Excellence: Standardize regional KPIs, optimize labor efficiency, manage parts turnover, and maintain outstanding CSI/CSAT scores.Stakeholder & Policy Compliance: Act as the primary liaison for OEM representatives, regional distributors, and software partners while ensuring full compliance with safety regulations, high-voltage vehicle standards, and internal audits.Elevated Customer Experience: Implement long-term customer retention programs and handle corporate dispute resolutions with utmost diplomacy, fairness, and professionalism.Qualifications & Requirements:Experience: 8 to 12+ years of senior aftersales leadership experience within a UAE / GCC dealership environment.Track Record: Proven success leading multi-site automotive operations for high-volume or luxury brands, with a strong reputation for policy adherence, fair leadership, and mutual respect across all operational teams.Leadership Style: Strong, structured, and diplomatic—able to enforce standards and drive results while maintaining high respect and trust across all organizational levels.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master's / MBA preferred).Languages: Fluent in English; professional proficiency in Arabic is a strong plus.
