Regional Business Manager - Pipeline & Industrial Services

We are partnering with a leading energy services organization to identify an experienced Business Manager to drive the growth of Pipeline & Industrial Services operations across the GCC i.e Saudi Arabia, UAE (Dubai/Abu Dhabi), Oman or Egypt .This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a commercially driven professional with a strong operational foundation within pipeline services, industrial maintenance, facility services, pipeline integrity, shutdowns, tank cleaning, and brownfield industrial projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive business development and revenue growth across regional markets.Build and maintain relationships with key energy, industrial, and infrastructure clients.Lead tendering, proposal development, contract negotiations, and opportunity conversion.Develop and execute market expansion strategies.Provide technical and operational credibility during client engagements.Collaborate with operational teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.Support the development and scaling of regional operations as new contracts are secured.Ideal Background13+ years of relevant industry experience.Minimum 5 years of operational experience within Pipeline & Industrial Services.Strong track record in sales, business development, tendering, and commercial negotiations.Experience in brownfield services, industrial maintenance, pipeline integrity, and associated industrial operations.Established network within the GCC energy sector, particularly Saudi Arabia, UAE and/or Oman.Arabic language skills are advantageous but not essential.Location: Flexible across Saudi Arabia, UAE (Dubai/Abu Dhabi), Oman or Egypt with regional travel requirements.Interested professionals with a blend of technical, operational, and commercial expertise are encouraged to apply.
