Regional Chief Financial Officer | Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaWhat This Role Is AboutOur client, a large regional conglomerate, is looking for a Regional Chief Financial Officer, based in Jeddah, to lead the regional finance function and partner with senior leadership to drive financial performance, strategic growth, and long-term value creation.The role will oversee the regional finance agenda across multiple markets and business units, providing strategic direction across financial planning, performance management, governance, and risk.You will lead the development and execution of financial strategy while overseeing core finance functions including accounting, controlling, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management. The role will also provide senior leadership with financial insights to support investment, expansion, and broader business decisions.As a senior member of the leadership team, you will also be responsible for developing regional finance capabilities, strengthening processes and controls, and ensuring a high standard of financial governance across the organisation.The Client’s Definition of the Ideal FitArabic speakers are highly preferred.20+ years of progressive finance experience, including significant regional and leadership exposure.Proven experience leading finance functions across multiple countries or markets within a complex organisationStrong track record in financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance managementExtensive experience overseeing accounting, controlling, treasury, cash management, and financial governanceStrong understanding of P&L management, working capital, cost optimisation, and financial risk managementProven ability to act as a strategic finance partner to executive leadership and support major business and investment decisionsExperience leading, developing, and building high-performing regional finance teamsStrong knowledge of IFRS, financial controls, regulatory compliance, and corporate governanceProficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting toolsThis is an opportunity to join a large regional conglomerate and lead its finance agenda across multiple markets, partnering with senior leadership to support continued growth and business performance.
