Location: Remote (But based in MENA region)Company: VOX Health PartnersFollow VOX Health Partners to stay connected with future job opportunities.About VOX Health PartnersVOX Health Partners is a healthcare commercial expansion platform supporting international healthcare companies entering, establishing, and expanding across the Middle East and North Africa.We act as our clients' regional commercial office, delivering commercial strategy, distributor development, market entry execution, strategic partnerships, and sustainable business growth across MENA.The OpportunityWe are expanding our regional leadership network and are looking for an experienced Regional Commercial Director with a strong track record of driving healthcare business growth across the Middle East and Africa.This is a senior commercial leadership role focused on developing regional partnerships, identifying expansion opportunities, supporting international healthcare companies, and building sustainable commercial success across multiple markets.Key ResponsibilitiesLead regional commercial expansion initiatives across MENA.Develop market entry and growth strategies for international healthcare companies.Identify, evaluate, and manage strategic distributor and commercial partnerships.Drive business development and partnership opportunities across the region.Support executive-level commercial negotiations.Collaborate with multinational healthcare organizations on regional expansion projects.Build long-term commercial relationships with key stakeholders across MENA.Candidate ProfileWe are looking for professionals with:Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline.12+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare, medical device, or healthcare industry.At least 5 years of regional commercial leadership experience.Demonstrated success in distributor management, business development, or market expansion.Strong understanding of MENA healthcare markets.Executive communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent English.
