Operating across multiple markets in Asia, Club 21 combines a deep heritage in fashion curation with an evolving, customer-centric retail model.Job SummaryThe Regional Customer Insights Manager turns customer, sales and marketing data into clear, actionable insights that support commercial and marketing decisions across Club21 regionally. The role owns performance reporting and analytics across customer behaviour, sales and marketing effectiveness — helping stakeholders understand what is happening, why, and where the opportunities for growth lie.Working closely with Marketing, CRM, Digital, E-commerce, Retail Operations, Merchandising and other teams, the role builds dashboards, analytical frameworks and executive-ready reporting to help stakeholders monitor performance, spot trends and opportunities, and make more informed decisions.Beyond data collation and reporting, the role is expected to provide clear interpretation, recommendations and data-led narratives that shape marketing strategy, customer engagement and business performance. Job ResponsibilitiesCustomer & Commercial InsightsAnalyse customer, transactional and behavioural data to identify trends, opportunities and changes in customer behaviour.Help the wider Club21 team develop a deeper understanding of Club21 customers across acquisition, retention, frequency, cross-brand shopping, customer value and lifecycle.Identify customer segments and behavioural patterns that can inform CRM, clienteling, marketing and commercial strategies.Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations for Marketing, Retail and other internal teams.Analyse performance across brands, stores, customer segments and channels to identify underlying drivers of growth or decline.Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address emerging customer and commercial questions and identify new business opportunities.Business Performance Reporting Develop and manage recurring performance reporting across key business and marketing metrics.Build and maintain dashboards that provide clear visibility of overall performance, including relevant store, brand, channel and customer-level views.Identify trends, anomalies, risks and opportunities, providing clear interpretation rather than reporting data in isolation.Translate complex datasets into concise, executive-ready summaries, visualisations and business narratives.Continuously improve reporting processes and dashboards to make business information more accessible, timely and actionable.CRM & Customer Growth AnalyticsProvide the customer insights required to support segmentation, lifecycle and engagement strategies.Identify opportunities to improve customer retention, purchase frequency, cross-brand engagement and customer lifetime value.Analyse CRM and clienteling activity to understand customer response and identify opportunities for optimisation.Support the development of customer targeting and personalisation by identifying meaningful behavioural and value-based customer segments.Work with Retail teams to translate customer insights into relevant VIP and clienteling opportunities.Track the performance of customer initiatives and provide recommendations for future activity.Job RequirementsDiploma/Bachelor related to Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or another quantitative discipline.4 – 5 years experience in a consumer insights or data-driven marketing role, experience in Retail/Fashion/FMCG/Bank (Loyalty programme) or related industries would be advantageousStrong analytical capability with experience working with large and varied datasets to identify trends, diagnose performance drivers and generate actionable insights.Hands-on experience developing dashboards, reports and data visualisations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms.Strong understanding of customer, CRM and marketing performance metrics.Ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches, metrics and reporting requirements.Strong data storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex analysis through concise presentations, visualisations and executive-ready summaries.High attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy, consistency and quality.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and take ownership of analytical deliverables from initial question through to recommendation.Experience with SQL, cloud data platforms, APIs, automated reporting workflows or related analytics technologies would be advantageous.
