We are committed to providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming, professional, and patient-focused environment.If you enjoy meeting new people, working with different teams, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you!The RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic, adaptable, and customer-focused Regional Dental Receptionist to provide front desk coverage across our eight clinic locations as needed.As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming patient experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of each clinic. This position is ideal for someone who is outgoing, flexible, organized, and comfortable quickly adapting to different teams, workflows, and environments.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet patients warmly and professionally and provide excellent customer serviceAnswer phones and respond to patient inquiriesSchedule, reschedule, and confirm appointmentsCheck patients in and out and support efficient patient flowProcess payments and assist with basic billing and insurance inquiriesVerify insurance coverage and maintain accurate patient recordsComplete general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and data entryMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception areaCommunicate effectively with Office Managers, Dentists, Hygienists, Dental Assistants, and administrative teamsProvide reception coverage across any of our eight clinic locations based on operational needsAdapt quickly to different clinic workflows, teams, and schedules while maintaining a high standard of serviceWhat We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is personable, confident, adaptable, and genuinely enjoys working with people.
