Our team operates in a mission-driven environment focused on rigor, transparency, and trusted evaluation across the AI talent ecosystem.Learn more about Griting AI and explore our current initiatives and opportunities:https://www.griting.aiPosition OverviewThe Regional Director is a high-impact executive position that combines strategic business expansion, regional team leadership, and dedicated clinical practice.Time Allocation75% Business Leadership and Regional Expansion25% Clinical PracticeThe successful candidate will spend the majority of their time driving regional growth, opening new facilities, and delivering Taimseed’s culture through the recruitment, hiring, and supervision of clinical staff.The remaining 25% of the role will involve direct clinical practice, including seeing patients and supervising or collaborating with mid-level providers.Location RequirementCandidates must be based in California, preferably in Los Angeles or San Francisco.Key Responsibilities1. Culture Delivery and Team LeadershipCultural Leadership: Act as the primary champion of Taimseed’s corporate culture within the region, ensuring that every clinician embodies the company’s “happy doctors, healthy patients” culture, AI-first approach to the practice of medicine, and “heal, prevent, preserve” philosophy.Clinical Recruitment and Hiring: Build and scale regional teams from the ground up by sourcing, interviewing, and hiring high-performing clinicians who align with Taimseed’s high-tech, patient-centric mission.Staff Supervision and Mentorship: Supervise clinical staff, provide support in challenging situations, and maintain strong retention through leadership by example.2. Business Operations and Regional ExpansionNew Location Launches: Lead the operational planning, launch, and successful opening of new medical centers across the designated region.Growth Execution: Partner with executive leadership to expand Taimseed’s regional footprint while meeting aggressive timelines for site development and market entry.3. Clinical PracticeDirect Patient Care: Provide exceptional, AI-first primary care and/or urgent care during regularly scheduled shifts or on a PRN basis when last-minute coverage is required.Clinical Oversight: Actively see patients while providing collaborative leadership, guidance, and AI-augmented supervision to mid-level clinical providers.Qualifications and ExperienceRequired QualificationsProfessional Credentials: Candidates must be one of the following:A physician with an MD or DO degree; orAn advanced practice provider with an NP or PA credential.California Licensure: Candidates must hold a valid, unrestricted California professional license and possess all credentials required to practice in the designated region.Clinical Experience: A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience is required.Preferred QualificationsLeadership Experience: Prior experience in clinical management, supervision, or administration—such as serving as a Lead Clinician, Medical Director, or Regional Lead—is highly preferred.Expansion Mindset: Demonstrated comfort or experience working in fast-paced environments involving new facility openings, operational scaling, or the launch of startup clinical concepts.Mission Alignment: A strong interest in or background in AI-first primary care, longevity medicine, functional medicine, wellness, and patient-oriented healthcare is preferred.Compensation and EquityTaimseed offers a competitive, high-upside executive compensation package designed for a long-term partner in the company’s growth.Base SalaryThe base salary reflects the role’s 75% business leadership allocation and is supplemented by a substantial, performance-based equity incentive.MD/DO: $400,000–$700,000 annual base salaryNP: $200,000–$400,000 annual base salaryFinal compensation will be determined based on credentials, experience, leadership background, and regional responsibilities.BenefitsHealth benefitsContinuing Medical Education allowanceProfessional liability coveragePaid time offEquity IncentiveThe role includes a performance-based stock option schedule designed for substantial wealth creation.
