Regional Director - Automotive AftermarketCompetitive salary offeredDubai, UAEWe are looking for a senior commercial leader to drive the growth and profitability of an established Automotive Aftermarket business across the MENA, LEVANT & Africa region.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the regional Automotive Aftermarket commercial strategy, sales and business development.Own the P&L, revenue, profitability and overall business performance.Develop and manage strong relationships with distributors, dealers, wholesalers and key accounts.Identify new market opportunities and drive regional market expansion.Lead pricing, portfolio and commercial initiatives to increase market share and margins.Build, lead and develop a high-performing regional team.Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Pricing and other functions to achieve business objectives.Monitor market trends, competitors and customer requirements to identify new growth opportunities.Provide regular business performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.RequirementsMinimum of 10+ years of experience in the Automotive Aftermarket / Independent Aftermarket (IAM).Strong regional experience across the Middle East, ideally with exposure to the Levant and Africa.Proven experience managing distributors, dealers, wholesale channels and key accounts.Strong P&L ownership and commercial leadership experience.Deep understanding of the Independent Automotive Aftermarket and replacement-parts business model.Proven ability to lead teams and deliver growth across multiple markets.Experience across tires, braking, batteries, lubricants or other automotive replacement products is highly relevant.Excellent English communication skills; Arabic or other regional languages are an advantage.
