Regional Director of Sales And Marketing

Key ResponsibilitiesDrive regional business development across Europe and Latin America.Develop relationships with enterprise clients, government entities, and strategic partners.Represent during customer meetings, exhibit iChaneons, conferences, and executive presentations.`Build and execute regional go-to-market strategies.Generate qualified sales opportunities and manage the complete sales lifecycle.Collaborate with delivery teams to position technology solutions.Identify strategic partnerships and channel opportunities.Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis.Support proposal preparation, negotiations, and commercial discussions.Travel extensively across assigned regions.Required QualificationsBachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or related field 8+ years in Enterprise Sales, Business Development, or Regional Sales Leadership.Proven experience managing international markets.Excellent executive communication skills.Experience selling Digital Transformation, AI, Enterprise Software, or Technology Services.Strong commercial negotiation experience.Preferred Profilesignificant professional experience within Europe.Fluent English (Mandatory).Spanish (Highly Preferred).Additional European languages are advantageous.Existing network across Europe and/or Latin America.Comfortable traveling internationally.Success AttributesExecutive PresenceRelationship BuilderCommercial MindsetStrategic ThinkerSelf-drivenHigh Accountability & Professional Representation
