Regional Director of StoresLocation: Mid-Atlantic Region (MD, VA, NC) - Relocation assistance provided for non-local candidatesAbout Us: A rapidly expanding distributor of Automotive and Industrial coatings.Position Overview: We are seeking a strategic Regional Director of Stores with full P&L accountability to drive revenue across retail stores and direct field sales within the tri-state region. You will directly manage a team of 20 professionals, including Outside Sales Territory Managers and Retail Store Leaders. Experience from the Automotive parts, Collision Center, or Paint store experience is required.Key Responsibilities:P&L & Finance: Assume full financial responsibility for the tri-state region, optimizing budgets and profitability.Team Leadership: Manage and coach a 20-person team across both retail and field sales channels.Growth Strategy: Utilize technical knowledge to help the team secure high-value industrial and protective coating contracts.Operations: Ensure store compliance, proper inventory levels, and seamless contractor service.Qualifications:Industry Expertise: Automotive parts, Collision Center, or Paint store experience is required.Leadership: 5+ years of multi-store managementFinancials & Travel: Experience running a corporate P&L and ability to travel extensively throughout MD, VA, and NC.Compensation: Competitive base + P&L bonus, full benefits, company vehicle/allowance, and relocation assistance.
