Regional Finance & Administration Manager – ZambiaCLIENTLinum Consult’s client is a renowned international group and a leading player in the mining, industrial, construction and energy sectors across Africa.They are looking for a Regional Finance and Administration Manager to oversee the Finance and Administration functions of several entities within the region.RESPONSIBILITIESBased in Kitwe, Zambia, you will be responsible for the financial, administrative and organisational performance of the entities under your supervision.Your main responsibilities will include:Ensuring compliance with accounting, tax and legal requirements, as well as the Group’s internal policies and procedures.Harmonising and optimising financial processes across the various subsidiaries.Overseeing financial closing, financial reporting and performance analysis.Managing the budgeting process, financial forecasting and management control.Supporting Operational Management teams in their strategic and financial decision-making.Overseeing treasury, financing, taxation, insurance and compliance matters.Managing, supporting and developing local Finance teams.Providing regular reports to Group Management.Contributing to the continuous improvement of the financial and operational performance of the entities within the region.PROFILEHigher education degree in Finance, Accounting, Management or Business Administration.A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a Finance Director, Finance and Administration Director or senior finance management position.Significant experience gained in one or more of the following sectors:MiningIndustryOil & GasEquipment distributionConstruction / InfrastructureProven professional experience in Africa is essential.Demonstrated experience managing multicultural teams.Fluency in both French and English is essential.CONDITIONSPosition based in Kitwe, Zambia.Expatriate status.Regular travel within the region.RECRUITMENT PROCESSIf your profile meets the above criteria, please send your CV in English to africa@linumconsult.com, for the attention of Frédérick Thugniot.If your application is shortlisted, you will be contacted within 48 hours.
