This position will drive financial planning, forecasting, reporting, project analysis, and operational decision support across the region.Financial Planning & ForecastingLead annual budgeting and strategic financial planning processesManage quarterly forecasts, scenario planning, and performance analysisPartner with project teams to ensure accurate forecasting, accounting, and financial reportingMonitor accounts receivable, billings, and cash flow performanceProvide actionable insights on project performance, profitability, pricing, and resource allocationAnalyze market, customer, and operational trends to support business decisionsSupport capital investment evaluations and strategic initiativesLead regional financial reporting and budget-to-actual analysis, ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies and support month-end close activities to maintain reporting accuracyLeverage ERP systems and Power BI to improve reporting and decision-makingLeadershipPartner closely with operations and executive leadership to drive business performanceDevelop, mentor, and lead finance team membersSupport continuous improvement initiatives and financial best practicesQUALIFICATIONSExcellent understanding of percentage-of-completion accounting, job costing, and WIPBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Construction Management10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in a project-based construction environmentCPA or MBA - preferred
