Regional Finance Manager

Our platform combines bare-metal GPU infrastructure, ultra-low-latency networking and expert operational support to deliver reliable and scalable GPU clusters across Asia-Pacific.From IaaS compute rental and high-density colocation to tailored infrastructure solutions, we support AI innovators, enterprises and financial institutions in deploying and scaling mission-critical AI workloads.About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Regional Finance Manager to lead our internal finance function across Singapore and other Asia-Pacific markets.This role will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, cash-flow management, tax and statutory compliance, internal controls and regional entity oversight. The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-growing environment and managing both day-to-day finance matters and regional finance projects.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the Company’s finance and accounting activities across Singapore and other regional entities.Oversee month-end and year-end closing, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and balance-sheet reconciliations.Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts, financial statements and regional consolidation reports.Lead annual budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, financial planning and variance analysis.Monitor cash positions, working capital, payments and funding requirements across the region.Establish and maintain finance policies, approval procedures and effective internal controls.Coordinate statutory reporting, tax filings, GST/VAT, transfer pricing and other compliance matters with local teams and external advisers.Manage relationships with auditors, banks, tax advisers, corporate secretarial firms and other professional service providers.Support the setup and ongoing financial administration of new entities and projects across Asia-Pacific.Review commercial contracts, project budgets and major procurement or capital-expenditure proposals from a financial perspective.Provide management with practical financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.Improve finance processes, reporting tools and systems to support the Company’s continued growth.Manage and develop internal finance personnel and outsourced accounting resources as the team expands.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.CPA, ACCA, CA or an equivalent professional qualification is strongly preferred.Approximately 8–12 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including experience in a regional or multi-entity environment.Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash-flow management, internal controls and statutory compliance.Practical experience managing Singapore finance and tax matters; exposure to Malaysia, Indonesia or other Asia-Pacific markets is preferred.Experience coordinating regional audits, tax advisers and outsourced accounting providers.Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with accounting or ERP systems is preferred.Experience in technology, cloud services, data centres, infrastructure or another asset-intensive industry is an advantage.Hands-on, organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a fast-growing company.Strong written and spoken English.
