Regional Controller – East Region (Construction)📍 Hybrid – Conshohocken, PA | 💰 $150K–$180K | CPA RequiredA multi-entity construction company is hiring a Regional Controller to lead accounting operations across multiple entities and sites in the East Region. This is a hands-on leadership role for a CPA who thrives in multi-site, project-based accounting environments.What you'll own:Full ownership of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close across multiple entities, including WIP analysis, percentage-of-completion revenue recognition, and over/under-billing schedules.You'll manage trial balance consolidation, balance sheet and bank reconciliations, fixed assets, payroll, and intercompany reporting, while supervising and developing local finance staff across the region.You'll also serve as the primary point of contact for auditors and partner on process improvement to streamline close cycles and standardize best practices across entities.What you bring:A CPA designation is required, along with 5+ years in accounting/finance and at least 3 years leading teams within construction or another project-based industry.Multi-entity or regional experience is strongly preferred.You're fluent in GAAP and construction accounting standards (WIP, retainage, percentage-of-completion), comfortable in ERPs like Sage, QuickBooks, or Foundation, and strong in Excel (Power BI a plus).If you're a CPA who's led finance across complex, multi-entity construction operations and wants a high-impact regional role, we'd like to hear from you.
