The package includes base salary + performance bonus + provident fundOversee all financial reporting processes for the manufacturing region, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual statements in accordance with regulatory requirements.Collaborate with operational teams to analyse financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that support business objectives and communal success.Manage budgeting and forecasting cycles by coordinating input from various departments, fostering co-operation to achieve reliable projections.Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and implementing best practices throughout the finance function.Support internal audits by preparing documentation, responding to queries, and facilitating transparent communication between auditors and stakeholders.Develop and nurture relationships with external partners such as banks, auditors, and government agencies to ensure smooth financial operations across the region.Lead initiatives aimed at improving efficiency within financial processes by leveraging technology solutions and encouraging collaborative problem-solving among team members.Mentor junior finance staff through regular feedback sessions, sharing expertise to build a dependable team that values inter-personal connections.Prepare detailed variance analyses on key financial metrics, presenting findings in a clear manner to senior management for informed decision-making.Participate actively in regional strategic planning meetings, contributing your financial perspective to help shape long-term goals.What you bring:The ideal candidate for the Regional Financial Controller Manufacturing position brings proven experience managing complex financial operations across multiple sites within the manufacturing industry.
