With accreditations such as IATA and AEO status from Indian Customs, WWL maintains high standards of security, compliance, and customer-centric service.Role Description The Regional Head P&L – Ahmedabad (Gujarat) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for overseeing the region’s profit and loss, growth, and operational performance. This role involves setting and executing regional business strategies, driving revenue and margin enhancement, and ensuring adherence to budgets and financial targets. The Regional Head will manage and mentor cross-functional teams, coordinate with sales, operations, and finance to optimize service delivery, and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners. Daily responsibilities include monitoring regional KPIs, reviewing operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and preparing regular performance reports for senior management. The role also requires identifying new business opportunities, leading improvement initiatives, and promoting a culture of accountability, safety, and customer focus.QualificationsStrong experience in regional P&L ownership, financial management, budgeting, and performance analysis in logistics or related sectors.Proven leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams, stakeholder management, and driving results in a multi-site environment.Deep understanding of logistics and supply chain operations, including freight forwarding, warehousing, distribution, and customs-related processes.Excellent strategic planning, business development, and negotiation capabilities to grow regional market share and profitability.Advanced communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across levels and functions.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, make data-driven decisions, and manage change and continuous improvement initiatives.If you find yourself or anyone fit this requirmenet, do share your updated CV to kabeerudeen.s@go2wwl.in
