Regional HR and Offices Services Leader, Americas (US, LATAM, Canada)

Regional HR & Office Services Leader, AmericasMidtown West NYC, Hybrid 3–4 days onsite180K-200K base + bonusI’m partnering with a small, growing global technology organization looking to hire a Regional Manager, HR & Office Services to lead its people and site operations across the US, Latin America and Canada, with particular emphasis on Mexico and Chile.This is not a traditional hands-on HR Business Partner role.While the position requires strong HR leadership and the ability to partner with senior stakeholders, it is broader in scope - serving as a regional/site leader for the Americas and ensuring the company has the right HR infrastructure, policies, compliance and office operations in place as the business continues to grow.The scope will include:

• Leading HR and office/site operations across the US, LATAM and Canada
• Supporting the opening and establishment of new offices throughout the region
• Developing and implementing policies and practices for new and existing locations
• Overseeing regional HR operations, compliance, employee records, background checks and risk management
• Managing immigration, mobility and country-specific employment requirements
• Ensuring benefits, pension and other programs meet local market requirements
• Overseeing office services and ensuring regional locations operate effectively
• Partnering closely with the Regional CEO and senior leadership team
• Providing leadership and oversight across employee relations, performance management and other HRBP activities, while working with HRBPs who manage these processes day-to-day
• Partnering with global HR teams across Talent Acquisition, Learning, Compensation & Benefits and other centers of expertise
• Supporting internal communications and helping connect employees, management and global leadership
• Leading a team of 10+ across the regionWe’re particularly interested in candidates who bring:
• 10-15+ years of progressive HR/regional leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of employment practices and HR operations across the US, Canada and LATAM - particularly Mexico and Chile
• Experience working within a globally headquartered organization, ideally European
• Experience overseeing office/site operations and/or opening new offices or locations
• Broad HR leadership capabilities spanning operations, compliance, employee relations, mobility, benefits and HRBP oversight
• Strong executive presence and the ability to partner with senior regional and global stakeholders
• Technology, fintech or financial services experience is highly desirableThis could be particularly interesting for someone who has served as a Regional HR Leader, Country/Site HR Leader or Head of HR with responsibility that extends beyond traditional HRBP work into the operational side of running and expanding locations.If this sounds like you – please apply!
