Location: Dubai, UAE / Saudi ArabiaRole OverviewThe Regional HR Manager/HRBP will build and support the HR organization for Gotion’s rapidly growing Middle East business, covering regional workforce planning, recruitment, localization, compensation, employee relations, talent development, and future manufacturing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop regional workforce plans, organization structures, and headcount plans aligned with business growth.Lead recruitment across Sales, Engineering, Project Management, Service, Manufacturing, and corporate functions.Build talent pipelines and recruiting channels across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, Türkiye, Uzbekistan, and other priority markets.Develop and implement localization strategies, including Saudization requirements and local talent development.Support regional compensation, benefits, performance management, salary reviews, and incentive programs.Manage employee relations, employment contracts, onboarding/offboarding, attendance, leave, insurance, and labor compliance.Partner with local legal counsel, PROs, and HR service providers to ensure compliance with local employment regulations.Support workforce planning and hiring ramp-up for future Pack and cell manufacturing operations.Develop talent pipelines, succession plans, training programs, and cross-cultural integration initiatives.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or related fields.5+ years of HR experience, preferably in regional HR, HRBP, or multinational organizations.Strong recruiting capabilities combined with experience across compensation, performance management, employee relations, or organizational development.Knowledge of Middle East employment practices; Saudi Arabia or UAE experience strongly preferred.Understanding of Saudization, localization, expatriate employment, and visa/work-permit management is preferred.Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.Able to be based in Dubai or Saudi Arabia and travel regionally.
