Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and HR strategy.Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition for regional and critical positions.Manage stakeholder relationships across business and project teams.Drive employee relations, HR policies, organizational development, and succession planning.Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and company HR policies.Provide HR insights and support business decision-making.Ideal Candidate:10–15 years of HR experience, preferably in EPC, Infrastructure, Energy, Construction, Engineering, Real estate, Data Center or OEM's.
