Regional Lead

Job DescriptionWe are seeking experienced professionals for the role of Regional Manager / Lead, with 8–10years of experience in telecommunications, locally available in Saudi Arabia (East & CentralRegions). The position requires strong leadership and management skills to oversee ManagedServices (MS) field operations. Candidates must demonstrate deep technical expertise in NokiaRAN and Transport networks, combined with the ability to manage field teams, coordinate withstakeholders, and ensure contractual compliance at both regional and kingdom levels.Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee Nokia RAN and Transport (Optics + IP-MPLS) network operations acrossthe East & Central Regions.
• Provide leadership and management for regional MS activities; experience in leading at leastregional-level Managed Network Services is recommended.
• Proactively follow up on all MS field activities, including corrective maintenance, preventivemaintenance, and acceptance activities, at both regional and national levels.
• Act as a key interface with customers, subcontractors, NOC, BO, and other internal and externalstakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
• Prepare professional presentations and reports using MS Office, and deliver them to internalteams and customer peers as needed.
• Manage regional field teams and ensure 24/7 execution of MS activities to comply with contractualSLA requirements.
• Prepare and submit accurate weekly and monthly operational reports to both customers andinternal management.
• Report directly to the FLM Manager and serve as acting manager in their absence.
• Monitor spare stock levels, coordinate spare part requirements with SPM coordinators and NokiaHWS.
• Utilize MS tools such as MyWFM (advantageous).Required Skills & Qualifications
• Degree in Telecom Engineering or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in telecommunications, including Nokia RAN and Transport(Optics + IP-MPLS).
• Proven management or leadership experience in Managed Network Services (regional or higherlevel preferred).
• Locally available in Saudi Arabia, preferably in the East & Central Regions, with valid transferdocuments (Iqama transferable).
• Ability to manage large field teams and ensure SLA compliance under a 24/7 operationalframework.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools with the ability to prepare high-quality reports and presentations.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with MS operational tools such as MyWFM is an added advantage.
