Differentiate.The RoleThe Regional Manager – Northeast is the engine of the region. You'll build the sales pipeline through proactive outreach and lead generation, book qualified opportunities for the Regional Director to close, and step in as an on-site event lead when called upon.This is a hybrid role sitting at the intersection of sales and operations — and it's designed to grow with you. If you're hungry, self-driven, and want a real path to leadership, this is a launching pad.Territory: Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Washington D.C., West Virginia, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Maine, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire.What You'll DoSales (Primary Focus)Execute daily outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social outreach — targeting private course, charity, and corporate event clients across the NortheastResearch and identify new prospects using CRM, LinkedIn, and industry sourcesBook and confirm discovery and sales calls directly on the Regional Director's calendarPrepare pre-meeting research and briefing notes ahead of each callRebook meetings when a prospect no-shows or cancels before becoming a Qualified OpLog all activity, pipeline updates, and contact records in the CRM dailyOperations (Events ~1 Month)Assist the Regional Director on-site at events in a support capacityFully lead and independently execute an event when directedCapture and record all event-sourced leads and conversations in the CRM for follow-upLearn and uphold all Trility event standards, run-of-show formats, and client experience protocolsWhat We're Looking For1–3 years of sales, business development, or SDR/BDR experience (or a proven track record of hustle and results)Comfort and confidence with high-volume cold outreach — calls, emails, and socialStrong organization and CRM discipline; you log everything and follow up relentlesslyA self-starter who thrives with ownership and minimal hand-holdingWillingness and ability to travel to events across the Northeast RegionProfessional, polished, and client-ready — you'll represent a premium brand at elite eventsPassion for or knowledge of golf is a strong plusBased in or able to operate effectively across the Northeast territoryWhy TrilityGet in early with a company defining a brand-new category in the golf industryClear, merit-based path to leadershipUncapped bonus potential — the more you produce, the more you earnBehind-the-ropes access to premium professional golf eventsA team that invests in your growth
