If you are passionate about making an impact in plasma therapies and thrive in a results-driven environment, we invite you to apply.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field,Minimum 5 years of professional experience,Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry,Proven experience in field team leadership, regional sales management and performance management,Strong knowledge of sales planning, target management, KPI monitoring, budgeting and reporting,Strong coaching, feedback and people development capabilities,Ability to analyse sales and market data and translate findings into actionable plans,Strong communication, relationship management, negotiation and representation skills,Good command of English,Proficiency in MS Office,Valid driving licence and active driving experience,Willingness and flexibility to travel,Residing or willing to reside in İzmirYour ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate and develop the Product Specialist team, while managing performance, coaching and talent development processes.Set regional sales plans and ensure the achievement of revenue, market share and acquisition targets.Analyse sales and market data, identify regional opportunities and risks and report key insights.Conduct regular field visits, provide on-the-job coaching and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.Monitor competitor activities and implement effective regional action plans.Plan and manage regional congresses, meetings and scientific activities in line with budget and company standards.Ensure accurate and timely use of CRM systems, reporting tools and regional operational processes.Manage the regional budget and resources while ensuring compliance with ethical principles, relevant regulations and company policies.As Centurion, we adopt the principle of equal opportunity and equal behavior in recruitment.
