Regional Manager – Northern RegionLocation: Madinah, Saudi Arabia Key Responsibilities:Operations Management: Oversee and manage the overall operations of fuel stations across the Northern Region.Service Standards: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maintain high service standards across all stations.Financial Performance: Monitor operational performance, sales targets, and financial results of the stations.Team Leadership: Lead, supervise, and develop station managers and operational teams.Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards.Profitability: Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability.Supply Chain: Monitor inventory levels, fuel supply, and coordination with suppliers.Problem Solving: Handle operational challenges and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.Site Inspections: Conduct regular site visits to ensure service quality and operational excellence.Reporting: Prepare and present operational reports and performance analysis to senior management.Expansion Support: Support the implementation of new initiatives, projects, and expansion plans.Customer Experience: Ensure high standards of customer service and enhance the overall customer experience. Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or any related field.Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within the fuel stations industry.Multi-Site Management: Proven experience in regional management or multi-site operations.Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.Decision Making: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Mobility: Ability to manage multiple locations and operational teams efficiently.
