The right person will be comfortable spending time in the field, visiting accounts, supporting managers and supervisors, solving problems, and holding teams accountable.What You'll DoOversee commercial janitorial operations across multiple client locationsLead, coach, and develop account managers, supervisors, and frontline teamsVisit customer locations regularly to ensure service and quality standards are being metMaintain strong relationships with clients and address service issues quicklyManage staffing, scheduling, labor, supplies, and operational performanceConduct inspections and implement corrective actions when necessarySupport hiring, onboarding, training, and retention of operational teamsEnsure accounts meet company expectations for quality, safety, and profitabilityIdentify operational problems and implement solutionsMaintain accountability across multiple teams and locationsWhat We're Looking ForCommercial janitorial or commercial cleaning management experience requiredExperience overseeing multiple customer accounts or locationsStrong operational and people leadership experienceExperience managing supervisors and large frontline workforcesStrong client-facing communication and relationship-management skillsComfortable working in the field and visiting accounts throughout the regionAbility to manage competing priorities and solve problems quicklyBilingual English/Spanish requiredCompensation$85,000–$90,000, depending on experience.This is a strong opportunity for an experienced janitorial leader who wants broader operational responsibility and the ability to make a direct impact across a growing regional operation.
