This role involves managing and supporting field teams, overseeing partner relationships, and ensuring effective distribution of MicroNsure’s products and services. The Regional Manager will monitor sales performance, analyze regional data, and implement strategic initiatives to meet targets and enhance financial inclusion. Daily activities include coordinating with internal departments, conducting training and performance reviews, resolving operational issues, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. The role also requires identifying new opportunities, strengthening local networks, and representing MicroNsure in regional stakeholder meetings and industry events.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong regional business management and team leadership skills, with experience in overseeing multi-location operations.Candidates should possess skills in sales planning, channel development, and partnership management within financial services, insurance, or related sectors.Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and implement corrective actions.Candidates should possess communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills to work effectively with internal teams, partners, and community organizations.Candidates should possess operational and organizational skills, including territory planning, process implementation, and compliance oversight.Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification in management or insurance is an advantage.Relevant experience in microinsurance, insurance distribution, fintech, or financial inclusion programs in India is highly beneficial, especially within Gujarat.Ability to work on-site, travel within the region as needed, and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment with a focus on impact and growth.
