The role focuses on ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, service quality, compliance, team productivity, and profitability while driving business growth and process improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational ManagemenLead and manage operations across all assigned sites and branches within the region.Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), operational KPIs, and company standards.Monitor site performance, productivity, manpower deployment, and service quality.Conduct regular site visits and operational reviews to ensure seamless service delivery.Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across locations.Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution.Conduct periodic business reviews with clients and identify opportunities for service enhancement.Support contract renewals and business retention initiatives..Team LeadershipLead, mentor, and develop Branch Manager, Operations Managers, and site teamsDrive employee engagement, performance management, and succession planningEnsure adequate staffing levels and optimize workforce utilization.Financial ManagementManage regional budgets, P&L performance, and cost optimization initiativesMonitor revenue, profitability, billing, collections, and operational expensesIdentify opportunities to improve productivity and operational efficiency.Compliance and GovernanceEnsure adherence to labour laws, statutory regulations, company policies, and client-specific requirementsMonitor compliance related to PF, ESI, minimum wages, statutory registers, licensing, and auditsEnsure timely closure of internal and external audit observationsBusiness Growth SupportCollaborate with the sales and business development teams to support new business acquisition.Participate in client presentations, transition planning, and mobilization of new sitesIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services within existing accountsReporting and MISPrepare and present periodic operational reports, dashboards, and performance reviews.Analyze operational data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure accurate and timely submission of MIS reports..Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Hotel Management.MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.10–15 years of experience in operations management, preferably in facility management, manpower services or related industries.Experience in managing multi-location operations and large workforce deployment.
