Regional Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Regional Manager role based in Rudrapur. The Regional Manager will oversee daily transportation operations, including route planning, scheduling, fleet utilization, and service quality across the assigned region. The role involves managing local vendor relationships, supervising on-ground staff and drivers, and ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.QualificationsOperational management skills, including experience in fleet or logistics operations, route planning, and shift management.Strong leadership abilities to supervise teams, coordinate vendors, and manage performance across multiple locations.Customer relationship and stakeholder management skills to communicate effectively with enterprise clients and internal teams.Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and resolve operational issues quickly and safely.Knowledge of transportation safety standards, regulatory compliance, and best practices in employee and plant transportation.Proficiency with basic office software and operational tools used for scheduling, reporting, and communication.Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, logistics, or a related field; relevant experience in transportation or mobility services is highly preferred.Salary Range: 3,00,000 to 4,00,000 CTC per AnnumAlternatively, share your resume at info@mrcabie.com
