Salary up to 6.50 LPA based on experience and current salary.🚨 Hiring: Regional Manager | Gandhinagar📍 Location: Infocity, Gandhinagar, Gujarat💼 Experience: 2+ years preferred | Freshers with relevant skills may also apply🎓 Qualification: Any Graduate🗣️ Language: Gujarati – Read, Write & Speak fluently (Mandatory)Office Hours/ Shift Timings: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PMWorking Days: Monday to Saturday About the RoleWe are looking for a Regional Manager who can conduct and manage research activities across different communities, geographies, and demographics.Key ResponsibilitiesStay updated with social, economic, political, and government developments to support survey and research strategies.Conduct interactive Q&As and interviews with teachers, government employees, Sarpanch/Municipal Council members, doctors, retired citizens, social workers, and other community stakeholders.Manage data collection, compilation, validation, and analysis through tele-calling and field visits.Coordinate and monitor regional survey and field activities.Gather insights from different communities and demographics.Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Excel and other computer tools.Travel for field visits and surveys as required.Preferred Candidate ProfileExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent Gujarati communication – reading, writing, and speaking is mandatory.Candidates from rural areas of Gujarat will be preferred.2+ years of experience in Primary Research, Data Analysis, Operations, Workforce Management, Sales, Business Development, Market Research, or Survey Operations is preferred but not mandatory.Good working knowledge of MS Excel and computers.Comfortable with tele calling, fieldwork, travel, and interacting with people from different backgrounds.Should be comfortable working on assignments related to political parties, NGOs, surveys, market research, government-related projects, and exit polls.Interested candidate can send their resume on varsha@postaresume.co.inCall now on +91- 6354797016
